Return Policy

At Grafhobi, customer satisfaction is my priority. I want you to feel confident when purchasing my digital products and design services. Please review my return and refund policy below:

1. Digital Products (Web Templates, Graphic Designs, Logo Files, etc.)
Because all digital products are delivered in downloadable formats, returns are not possible once the files have been submitted. The downloaded digital document serves as a sample and signifies the start of the project. You can obtain more information.

If you encounter a technical issue with the product (e.g., corrupted file, download issues), please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will either fix the issue or provide a replacement file.

2. Design Services (Custom Logo, 3D Modeling, Corporate Identity, etc.)
Partial refunds are available for design services if the project has not yet reached the final delivery stage.

No refunds are given if the work has already been delivered. However, I offer revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction. If the project cannot be completed due to my responsibility, the full amount will be refunded. (This excludes cases where the customer provides incomplete information and documents during the project.)

3. Requesting a Return
